Refund policy

We are pleased to accept timely exchanges of new and unused products within 30 days from the date you received your order only in Lebanon. We also allow exchanges for credit within the 30-day period. Any product returned outside of the 30-day period are at the discretion of MARGHERITA and may not be accepted. All sales items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. 

Your product must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and other signature packaging materials. Shipping charges are not refundable. To begin your exchange process, contact ghita@margheritajewelry.com Include proof of purchase, a picture of the item and your contact information. Any exchanged items that are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled or altered, may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
